R. PHILIP STUPP ELECTED PRESIDENT OF HAMMERT’S IRON WORKS, INC.
St. Louis, MO – October 20, 2003 -- R. Philip Stupp has been elected President of Hammert’s Iron Works, Inc., St. Louis, MO, a
subsidiary of Stupp Bros., Inc. Stupp is a graduate of Colorado State University, Fort Collins, with a degree in Engineering
Construction Management.
Stupp has 20 years’ experience in the industry, most recently as V.P. of Hammert’s. Prior to that he was a Plant Superintendent
at Stupp Bridge Company in Bowling Green, Kentucky and he has also had various assignments with Stupp Bros., Inc.
In addition to Stupp’s promotion, Roy Kinsey, Executive Vice President and longtime Hammert’s executive, will also assume additional
duties in working with key managers at the company. Robert P. Stupp remains as Chairman and Ken Kubacki has been elected Vice Chairman
of Hammert’s Iron Works, Inc.
Hammert’s Iron Works is a market leader in fabricated structural steel for commercial, medical, institutional, manufacturing and
special purpose buildings. Recent projects have included the AG Edwards HEADQUARTERS expansion, West County Mall and the Thomas
Eagleton Courthouse in St. Louis, MO, as well as Terminal B at the Denver International Airport and the UPS Hub 2000 at the Louisville Airport.
In its 60-year history, Hammert’s has developed into one of the largest, most innovative fabricators in the United States. According

Stupp Corporation, Bayou Coating LLC and Midwest BankCentre. As the 150th anniversary of Stupp Bros., Inc. approaches,
