| 實(shí)驗建議 | EliKine?人IgG ELISA試劑盒采用雙抗夾心法ELISA來(lái)定量樣品中的人IgG。 將人IgG特異性抗體預先固定在微孔板上。 將標準品和樣品移液到孔中，并且存在的任何人IgG與固定的抗體結合。 除去任何未結合的物質(zhì)后，將HRP-偶聯(lián)的抗人IgG抗體加入孔中。 在洗滌除去任何未結合的HRP試劑后，將色原體溶液加入孔中，并且顏色深度與初始步驟中結合的人IgG的量成比例地發(fā)展。 停止顯色并測量吸光度。 |

| 背景 | Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is a multimeric immunoglobulin, built of two heavy chains and two light chains. Each complex has two antigen binding sites. This is the most abundant immunoglobulin and is approximately equally distributed in blood and in tissue liquids, constituting 75% of serum immunoglobulins in humans. It can bind to many kinds of pathogens, for example viruses, bacteria, and fungi, and protects the body against them by complement activation (classic pathway), opsonization for phagocytosis and neutralisation of their toxins. |
