Equipment: Our interconnected equipment network allows us to transfer the data collected from CAD drawings directly to the fabricating machines on the shop floor with unbeatable speed and accuracy, detailing the exact placement of each hole, cope and cut. The highly automated drill lines, copers, plasma burners and angle line then process the steel to the dimensions specified without manual labor. Our system processes steel faster, with less cost. To ensure ultimate accountability for every shipping piece, we created our own process information system. This system enables Hammert’s to record and track the progress of each piece through fabrication, until it reaches the job site. It also allows us to orchestrate the processing and shipping of every job, so that each piece is delivered in the exact erection order.
